这份文件是什么What this document is

这份隐私政策，想用尽量清楚、不绕弯子的话，说明 Pebble Awareness（以下称"Pebble"）如何看待、处理你的信息。如果有任何一段你没读懂，欢迎告诉我们。This privacy policy explains, as plainly as we can, how Pebble Awareness ("Pebble") thinks about and handles your information. If any part is unclear, please tell us.

我们收集什么What we collect

我们收集的信息主要是这几类：The information we collect mainly falls into a few categories:

• 账户信息 — 你登录、注册 Pebble 时提供的基本信息。Account information — the basics you provide to sign in and register.
• 你写下的内容 — 写给 Pebble 的信、和它的对话、心情记录或日记式的内容。What you write — letters to Pebble, conversations with it, mood check-ins, or journal-style entries.
• 测评作答 — 如果你做了心理测评，我们会记录作答，以便呈现结果、帮你看到变化。Assessment answers — if you take an assessment, we record your answers to show results and how they change over time.

我们为什么收集Why we collect it

收集这些信息，只是为了向你提供、运行并不断改善这项服务本身——不做别的用途。比如：让 Pebble 记得上次聊到哪里、写一封回信给你、呈现测评结果。We collect this only to provide, run, and improve the service for you — nothing else. For example: so Pebble remembers where you left off, can write you a letter back, or show your assessment results.

你的话语是私密的Your words are private

你写下的内容是私密的。我们不出售你的数据，也不会把你写的内容用于广告投放或广告定向——它们不是用来换这份收入的商品。What you write is private. We don't sell your data, and we don't use what you write for advertising or ad targeting — it isn't merchandise for that kind of revenue.

安全保护Security

你的数据在传输和存储过程中，都受到安全措施的保护，我们也在持续关注、改进这些措施。没有任何系统能承诺绝对安全，但这是我们认真对待的责任。Your data is protected by security measures both in transit and at rest, and we keep working to improve them. No system can promise perfect security, but it's a responsibility we take seriously.

危机情形下的例外Crisis exception

Pebble 不是病历Not a medical record

Pebble 里的记录不是正式的医疗或病历文件，不能作为诊断、处方或法律用途的凭证。更接近于你与自己相处时留下的笔记。What's stored in Pebble isn't a formal medical or clinical record, and shouldn't be used as documentation for diagnosis, prescriptions, or legal purposes. Think of it more like notes from time spent with yourself.

你的选择Your choices

你可以在 App 内查看、导出或删除你的数据。这是你的内容，选择权始终在你手上。You can access, export, or delete your data from within the app. It's your content — the choice is always yours.

未成年人使用Children's use

Pebble 不是为 18 岁以下用户在没有监护人参与的情况下设计的。如果你还未成年，请在监护人的了解与陪伴下使用。Pebble isn't designed for use by anyone under 18 without a guardian's involvement. If you're a minor, please use it with a guardian's knowledge and support.

政策的变更Changes to this policy

我们可能会不时更新这份政策。如果有重要变化，会在 App 内告知你。We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know inside the app.
