使用 Pebble，即表示你同意这份《用户协议》。如果你不同意其中内容，请不要使用这项服务。By using Pebble, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Pebble 是什么What Pebble is

Pebble 是一个 AI 陪伴与自我照顾产品：你可以写信、聊天、记录心情、做心理测评，并在需要时被引向专业帮助。Pebble is an AI companionship and self-care product: you can write letters, chat, track your mood, take assessments, and be guided toward professional help when you need it.

请不要用 Pebble 做任何滥用、骚扰、违法，或试图伤害他人的事。必要时，我们保留限制或终止滥用账号的权利。Please don't use Pebble to misuse, harass, break the law, or try to harm others. We reserve the right to limit or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

账户Accounts

你需要对自己账户下发生的活动负责，也请妥善保管你的登录方式。如果发现账户被他人访问，请尽快在 App 内告诉我们。You're responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you notice unauthorized access, please tell us in the app as soon as you can.

知识产权Intellectual property

你写下的内容，始终属于你。为了运行这项服务——比如存储、生成回信、呈现给你看——你授予 Pebble 一个有限的许可，仅用于提供这项服务本身。Pebble 的产品设计、代码与品牌，属于我们。What you write is always yours. To operate the service — storing it, generating a reply, showing it back to you — you grant Pebble a limited licence, used only to run the service itself. Pebble's product design, code, and brand belong to us.

服务"按现状"提供 / 责任限制"As is," and limitation of liability

Pebble 按"现状"提供。我们努力让它稳定、有用，但不能保证它永远不出错、不中断。在法律允许的范围内，Pebble 不对使用本服务产生的间接损失承担责任。这不影响法律赋予你的基本权利。Pebble is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable and useful, but can't promise it will never break or go down. To the extent the law allows, Pebble isn't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. This doesn't affect the basic rights the law gives you.

条款与服务的变更Changes to the service or these terms

我们可能会更新这份协议，或调整服务的内容。重要变化，会在 App 内告知你。We may update these terms, or change parts of the service. If a change is significant, we'll let you know inside the app.
